Partial refunds
Partial refunds apply in these cases.
• Books with visible signs of use.
• Opened media such as CDs, DVDs, software, games, or records.
• Items returned damaged, incomplete, or altered due to customer handling.
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
Refund process
After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items
Sale or discounted items are not refundable.

Gifts
If the order shipped directly to you as a gift, store credit is issued after inspection.
If the gift purchaser received the item first, the refund is issued to the purchaser.
Return shipping

Use tracked shipping for high value items.
Unreceived return parcels remain your responsibility.
