PTFE (Teflon) tubing offers outstanding chemical inertness, very low friction, and UV/weather resistance. Ideal between extremes from cryogenic to high-temperature.

Size listing includes PTFE‑6X4 and PTFE‑8X6, with a working temperature range of –270 to +260 °C (compressed air).
Features include tight dimensional tolerances, high burst/working pressure ratings and USP Class VI / FDA compliance, with Shore D hardness ~55.

6 × 4 mm tubing specified for use up to 260 °C, resistant to corrosive chemicals and suitable for high voltage and pneumatic systems.

Temperature range listed as –180 °C to +260 °C (some extended to –190 °C) and robust resistance to acids, solvents, oils; non-flammable and self-lubricating.
